Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam was established in 2007 and run by a non-profit organization “VEDA” (Vedic Education and Devotional Academy). The temple is also known as Silicon Valley Temple and Veda Temple.

In a short span of over 3 years, the organization purchased a permanent building for the temple at Milpitas and began operations on the auspicious day of 3rd July 2010.

Since the beginning of the temple at the new premises, they have organized various Hindu religious activities like Festivals, Vedic rituals, spiritual and cultural events. Veda Temple conducts group Satynarayana Vratams at the temple on every Full-moon day.

All Hindu religious festivals are celebrated and a large number of devotees participate regularly. The major event was Samuhika Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham performed by Annavaram priests by bringing the divine idols from Annaavaram, A.P, India. This event was a huge success with large participation of devotees with great enthusiasm and bhakti from all parts of the Bay area.
