Yellamma Temple located at Balkampet, Hyderabad is 700 years old temple and the most revered temples of Hyderabad. The temple is popularly called as Balkampet Yellamma temple. Thousands of devotees visit the temple on Sundays and Tuesdays.
This temple is dedicated to Goddess Yellamma, the incarnation of Goddess Parvathi. Yellamma means "Mother of the Universe".
