In some calendars Chaitra Month is the first month, In Some Calendars Baisakhi is the first month. For Example, in Bengali calendar, Vaisak is the first month, in Gujarati Calendar, Kartik is the first month of the year, in Telugu, Tamil & Kannada calendars Chaitra month is the first month.
